Thank you Dominic for your help today! You were very efficient, professional and being able to come around personally to pick up my PC to have a look was very much appreciated.
Although we agreed (later the same day) that the issue lay with the manufacturers being a very high spec computer that needed specialist parts, you were able to drop off 5 minutes later and didn’t charge me a penny, as promised.
Highly recommended to anyone with computer trouble.
