Just want to say how great your service was yesterday. The collection and drop off is a very convenient way of not disrupting the daily lives of customers and was appreciated.

Great service and a really nice chap. Computer was v. slow with no memory and a few virus’s but now we have a super quick, virus clear and organised computer and the price was cheap at 1/2 the price. Thank you.

What can I say, phoned them regarding a problem with my laptop, came and picked it up, repaired the fault and dropped it back off to me all well within 24 hours and at fair price. Hopefully I wont need to use their services again but will not hesitate to call these guys again if needed.

I was extremely pleased with the super fast service I received from this company. Dominic was able to solve my connection problem after another company could not! He also gave me useful advice. I shall always use Horsham PC repairs in future.

What service, collected laptop within the hour of my making the call and returned it in full working order some 4 hours later. Even went out of their way to copy a couple of discs for me. I am more than happy to recommend Horsham PC Repair as, in my humble opinion, you would go a long way to find a better company for your home computer repairs.  Dominic answered my call for help within minutes and, although my PC was beyond economical repair, he spent several hours ensuring important files had been transferred to my laptop and left me up and running before he left.  This was especially important to me as I run a website and was reliant on my PC and the files/data it contained.  This was all done quickly and efficiently and at a very, very reasonable cost.

I can thoroughly recommend Horsham PC Repair. Home call-out promptly offered and made to fix two problems. Did so in a professional and friendly manner. Made some extra adjustments to tune the sysem up at the same time and included. Very reasonable charge rate. Use them if you have a problem!

My compurer had been getting progressively slower and slower, and finally looked like it was giving up the ghost by crashing and permanently freezing. My first panic was ‘expense’, either getting it fixed professionally or a new laptop. Then it was suggested I call Horsham PC Repair, and it was the best thing I could’ve ever done. I was reluctant to take my laptop to a big high street retailer who I couldn’t really trust, and far prefer to use local independant businesses, and you can’t get more reliable than Horsham PC Repair. Dominic provided us with very quick efficient service and rid our PC of a nasty virus. He explained all that he was doing in easy to understand terms. We would certainly call upon him again.

I was delighted with the service provided. Dominic attempted to rid two PCs of a nasty trojan but in the end needed to wipe the hard drives and reload Windows. He turned this round in less than a day, offered valuable advice and charged a fair price. Additional back up copies of both PCs were provided at no extra cost. My computer became infested by a Trojan and was getting very slow in responding to any commands. On recommendation I contacted Dominic who came and spent over an hour looking at the problem and advising me. My computer needed a complete wipe and re-install to clear the problem so it went to their base. During this process the fact that the hard drive was failing as well was discovered. This was replaced and everything needed installed. Despite this change the computer was still returned the next day and Dominic again spent considerable time making sure that it was set up as I wanted it. It now works faster and better than when it was new.

I have no hesitation in recommending this firm to anyone with a computer problem. They will get very professional and sensible advice and help without any suggestions that they should change their equipment unnecessarily. The value for money factor is very high as I know that the same service would have cost me several times as much with some other local firms.

We contacted Dom with an internet connection problem we were experiencing with our desktop computer. Much to my surprise he managed to both collect, repair and re deliver the machine all in the same day and at a very reasonable price. I would highly recomend him to anyone.
